You can leave a brief memo for each shift. The content is automatically saved when you input it and then tap another area of the screen (without needing a separate save button).
You can quickly write a simple memo for each shift without pressing a save button.
Memos can be checked along with the shift type in the [My Shift Schedule] and [Calendar] tabs.
💡 Usage Tip
If you turn on 'Notification' in [Shift > Shift Type Management], the corresponding shift memo is displayed along with the notification alarm. This is useful for making sure you don't forget important information!
Memos are not shared with Team(workplace) members; only you can view them.
You can intuitively check statistics by shift type in the [My Shift Schedule > This Month's Statistics] menu.
Clearly shows the count for each shift, making it easy to understand your shift pattern. (e.g., DAY Shift 5 times, NIGHT Shift 3 times)
You can save your shift schedule as an image or easily share it with others. Only your shift calendar is shared, excluding your personal calendar items.
📌 How to Share
Tap [Shift > Share], and then select the month you want to share from the shift card: <Previous Month / This Month / Next Month>.
Your name and Team(workplace) name are displayed together at the top of the shared image.
⚠️ Caution
👥 Colleagues You Are Working With
👍 You can identify colleagues you will collaborate with in advance, making handovers and work coordination much easier.
After joining a Team(workplace), when selecting a date in [My Shift Schedule], you can view the list of colleagues you will be working with.
The list is organized by job title. If there are many people, you can easily view the entire list of colleagues with [View All Members].
⚠️ If some colleagues have not entered their shift schedule, they may not appear in the list.
You can enter or modify your shift calendar in [Shift > View Details > Edit Shift].
Enter Day by Day: Select the desired date, and then simply tap the corresponding shift in order for easy entry.
Pattern Repeat: You can create a repeating rule that cycles between the start date and the end date.
