Share your shift schedule with friends and family and coordinate your calendar more conveniently!

Groups

Check the shift schedules of members in the groups you belong to, and communicate via the bulletin board.

• Create a Group

  • You can create a group by simply entering the group name.

• Join a Group

  • You can belong to up to 20 groups.

  • You can join immediately by entering the group's identification code.

• Invite to a Group

  • Invite from Friend List: You can invite friends from your CareWokx friend list. The invitation link is valid for 24 hours.

  • Invite with Identification Code: Even if they are not yet your friends, you can directly enter the invitee's identification code to invite them. This invitation is also valid for 24 hours.

  • Send Invitation Link: You can invite friends by sharing the generated invitation link through other messenger apps, etc.

• Group Operation

  • Unlike a workplace, there is no separate administrator within a group.

  • The group's maintenance period is 60 days.

  • In [Group Settings], you can reset the maintenance period to 60 days at any time when the remaining period is 59 days or less.

  • You can also delete the group or leave it in [Group Settings].

• Group Bulletin Board

  • Similar to the workplace bulletin board, you can register, edit, and delete posts.

  • Share important news with your group members.

Friends

Add 'Friends' and invite them to groups or workplaces anytime.

• Add Friend

  • You can add a friend by entering the identification code of the person you want to add.

  • Once the other person accepts, they will be added to your friend list.

  • You can send an invitation link; if the recipient accesses the link, they are automatically added to your friend list.

• Delete Friend

  • The delete button appears when you swipe left on the friend's name in the friend list.
