team Creation

• You can create a team simply by entering the team name and your name.
• Invite colleagues right away to start using it together.

team Joining

• You can join instantly by entering the team's identification code, password, and the name you wish to use.

team Settings

You can conveniently manage settings in the [team > Tap My team Name > Gear Icon] menu.

General Members

• Change my information (name, shift end date setting)
• Leaving the team is possible (can leave immediately at any time)

Administrator

• Change team name
• Manage member job titles
• Change my information (name only; cannot set shift end date)
• Change administrator privileges (cannot remove their own admin status)
• Change/Reset team password (must change immediately after reset)
• Modify Shift Types (shift display name, start-end time)
• Delete team (requires password)

⚠️ Caution: Administrators cannot set their own shift end date.

📅 Full Team Work Schedule

You can intuitively check your entire team's work schedule.

• Easily identify colleagues working together on specific dates.
• Provides a layout similar to the actual operational work schedule.
• Past work information is preserved even if a member leaves.

💡 Tip: To view the work schedule before joining, the administrator can immediately grant access by changing the member's join date setting.

The [team Member List > Invite Button] supports various invitation methods.

• Invite from Friend List (Valid for 24 hours)
• Invite with Identification Code (Valid for 24 hours)
• Share via Invitation Link (To be supported later)

Invite your colleagues right away.

👥 team Member Management Administrators can easily manage member information in the [team > team Members] menu.

• Member order can be changed by dragging.
• Name, job title, and shift end date can be easily modified.
• Members can be removed when necessary.

💬 Communication Bulletin Board

Communicate freely on the bulletin board dedicated to your team.

• Provides functions to register, edit, and delete posts.
• Administrators can delete all posts, and authors can edit and delete their own posts.

📸 Convenient Work Schedule Photo Storage

You can directly save paper or image-based work schedules to the app.

• You can quickly view them in the order they were most recently saved.
