Saving Your Work Schedule Photos

In [Shift > Work Schedule Photo], you can save photos of your personal work schedule directly.

While the app has its own schedule function, sometimes you need to check the exact layout of the original physical work schedule. In those cases, saving the photo in advance allows you to quickly check it anytime, anywhere!

🔒 This photo is not shared with anyone else, so feel free to use it securely.

📥 Registering a Work Schedule Photo

You can register a work schedule photo in [Workplace > Work Schedule Photo > Archive Photo]. Here, you can manually set the year and month of the work schedule.

• Note that photos are sorted by the order they were registered. For example, if you register the June schedule → then the May schedule, the May schedule may appear at the top.

🗑️ Deleting a Work Schedule Photo

In [Workplace > Work Schedule Photo], you can delete a work schedule photo by tapping the [Delete] button on the right of the photo you wish to remove.

ℹ️ Good to Know

• Even if you leave a workplace, or
• Delete a workplace from the [Past Workplace List], the registered work schedule photos are still preserved.

Viewing Work Schedule Photos

• Tapping the photo allows you to zoom in/out, and tapping 'View Original' returns it to the original size.

• Tapping 'Rotate' allows you to view the photo horizontally in a wider view.

⚠️ Caution

• If you delete the app or change your device, previous photos will not be recovered, even if you log in with the same account. We recommend backing up any essential work schedules elsewhere!
